“Ziggy is easy to work with, honest, and exceptionally creative with a team that does a perfect job. We selected a natural stone countertop we liked and some bathroom wall tiles. Ziggy designed an ideal ocean/beach-themed bathroom for us that was better than our original ideas. The vanity, hardware, shower, linen closet, floor tile, and shower along with its custom built-in seat and shampoo and soap shelves all came together to be more beautiful than anything I have seen on Houzz. I recommend Ziggy because he is an excellent designer and his tile crew is the best in the business. There was nothing too complicated for him and his team to handle. He also remodeled our entire building's lobby and first-floor entryway. “You may have to wait a while for Ziggy to start your project, but who wants a contractor with nothing going on? We lived with a 70's bathroom for 16 years and only plan to do this once. We wanted it done right. Our master bath was gutted to the studs, and it turned out beautifully! The workers were on time every day, were polite, and worked hard. We selected our materials and with some help from Ziggy, they all worked well together; he has an experienced eye and can provide help if asked. Issues or questions were handled calmly and efficiently with the goal being the homeowners’ happiness. Ziggy was on site a lot and could always be reached by phone. We have a beautiful tiled shower with a glass mosaic trim and a glass door, travertine flooring, beautiful craftsman cabinet, and high-end granite. We love it!”

“We contracted with Ziggy in early August; we knew we would have to wait several weeks as he had other jobs in front of ours. Once the work started, Ziggy and his team were here every day and the work went smoothly. He was very accommodating when some minor issues came up during the project and was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. He even saved us from ourselves by refusing to hang a towel bar in the back of the shower because he knew it would eventually rust out. All in all, he made the remodel as painless as possible and we were delighted with the results.”

“We competed this job with many other contractors. Ziggy’s bid was very reasonable and less than all of the competition. The quality of all the work was excellent. Painting, papering, flooring, construction - all of the work was high quality. Removal of the popcorn ceiling and the resulting finished ceiling combined with the new lighting were perfect. The pocket doors installation with decorative molding and staining to match to the bamboo flooring was superb. Innovative electrical work resulted in a significant improvement in the living and dining rooms. The updated bathrooms were outstanding. The shower refurbishment resolved several major problems that were created by poor tile work from a previous contractor. Ziggy and his team were always punctual. All work was performed in a condo, which has strict rules related to disposal of debris, cleanliness of common areas, and limited work hours. Ziggy’s team had no problems whatsoever. Dealing with Ziggy was also a plus. He offered helpful suggestions throughout the project, but had no problem if his suggestions were not adopted. He could be reached at any time to discuss any issues. Ziggy also helped us with buying materials that were not part of his contract by using his contacts and buying power to save us time and money. We are extremely pleased with the entire job and would highly recommend Ziggy’s Perfect Home Solutions to everyone.”

“We had used Ziggy in the past for our kitchen renovation, and he was our only choice when we decided to re-do our bathroom. We trust his artistic eye and know that he is not only very personable, but also trustworthy. The men who work for him were always very respectful and did a great job as well. We had a bathroom from the 1950's with small pink tiles and very little room for storage. Everything was stripped and removed, and some new woodwork was put in due to water damage. A pocket door was installed that allowed more room for a larger vanity, which has plenty of storage. The closet was re-done with more storage space. The ceiling was raised, and a new ventilation system was installed in the attic. The shower had beautiful tile installed and new fixtures. Everything looks great!”
